Expected format: the Xoogler Startup Evaluation Rubrix 5-level template.
Each tab in the workbook is one startup's evaluation by the evaluator.
Evaluator name is parsed from the filename's parentheses, e.g.
...Rubrix (Arvind).xlsx → Arvind.
Per tab: startup name from cell A2, pillar levels from column I
(Level 1–Level 5), comments from column J,
section weights from column H on section header rows.
Per-startup score = weighted average across sections (e.g., 50% / 30% / 20%).
Re-uploading replaces the prior entry for the same evaluator+startup pair.
